Staging Consultation - $125
The ideal time to stage your home is before you put your house up for sale. We will walk through your house from 'curb to back fence' and make suggestions for updating, de-personalizing, furniture arrangement, getting a head start on your packing, painting, updating, and cleaning... all the things that will help accent the best features of your home. Some homeowners choose to do all the work themselves, others choose to have the Wynning Interiors team come in and do the work for them. If you would like additional help, we will give you a proposal for the Wynning Interiors redesign team to come in and do a staging redesign of your house. Set your house apart from all the rest - stage it!
Staging (Preparing your home for sale)
Why do builders spend resources to lavishly furnish and design their model homes? They know that by creating warm and inviting rooms, prospective buyers will be stimulated to purchase the house. Let us redesign your home to look like a model, so buyers will want to pay what you are asking. We won't recommend that you buy new furniture. We will use your treasures, so you will be able to enjoy the profits on your new home. We use your things to help you create that model home look in your home! Remember, the cost of staging is usually less than your first price reduction!

We use the patent-pending system of Color with No Regrets to help you choose the perfect color palette for your house. In just minutes we can reduce your paint choices from 1000 to 40.

Decorating Consultations - $75
Whether you love or hate to do it yourself, this is where it all starts! We have the opportunity to meet you, see your home, become familiar with your style and learn what you want to change in your home. We will give you ideas for paint color, window treatments, furniture arrangements, accessories, flooring, lighting, etc.
Decorating Follow-up Presentation - $75
This presentation will be scheduled for 1 or 2 weeks after your consultation to allow us time to research and find the perfect items for your new decor. We will bring to you items that we found for your specific design project. We may cover fabric, wallpaper, paint color/treatment, window treatments, furniture, area rugs, flooring samples, etc.

If you love to DIY, we can provide you with enough information to do the project yourself.
Hate to Do It Yourself?
We are more than happy to come back and do the work for you! Many times Redecorating and Staging lead to Remodeling and Repairs.
Wynning Interiors is a 'one-stop-shop'. We are a licensed (and insured) Contractor.
We start with a consultation and will take measurements and digital photos of your existing space. We will provide you with not only a detailed estimate of the cost of your project, but if you are reconfiguring your space you will also receive AutoCAD drawings of your existing space and the proposed space.
Pricing will be quoted based on the scope of the project.
Move-In Decorating - $300 per room
Want to remove the stress of trying to arrange your furniture? Let us do it for you. We will arrange your furniture, hang your art, and place your accessories. You will have a room you love in no time at all!
Redesign Consultation - $75
Ready for a new look? Don't want to spend a lot of money? We will meet you and learn how you use your space. We will find out what you like and don't like about your space...what is and is not working for you. This allows me to help you achieve your design goals for your space. You will get tips and ideas as we tour your home and we may take digital pictures to help us plan for your redesign. At the end of your consultation we will provide you with a quote for your redesign.
Redesign (One Day Makeover) - Pricing will be quoted at your Redesign Consultation
Love your things but can't make everything flow together? Blending households? Downsizing? For less than the cost of a new sofa, we will redesign your room! We will use the items that you already own to enhance the look and feel of your room. We will re-arrange, re-hang, and re-accessorize to create a new room for you. All this will be done without additional purchases.
